PURPOSE : A prefabricated type ionizer of electric precipitator is provided to minimize vibration noise and to increase charge efficiency.CONSTITUTION : A prefabricated type ionizer of electric precipitator(100) is composed of earth plates(130), earth side plates on both sides(140, 150), upper and lower connecting bars(170, 180) and discharge plates(190). The earth plates are arranged on the upper and lower body plates(110, 120) with a constant interval. The earth plates at both sides supports and assembles both sides of the upper and lower body plates. The upper and lower connecting bars are connected to each insulator(160) of the upper and lower parts of the earth plates. The discharge plates have a plurality of needle-type protrusions(190a). The discharge plates are fixed between the earth plates with a constant interval by a plurality of spacers(195).
