PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide an apparatus for recovering a feed dropped out in a forming apparatus, with which removal of a feed to the outside of a machine is carried out without dropping a feed on the surface of the earth, while a feed dropped out from the peripheral surface of roll bale in a transport path follows a transport means and can be efficiently recovered without flowing into a connecting part and removal of a feed in an amount insufficient for forming one bale remaining in the machine body at the completion of forming-packing operation is carried out without dropping a feed on the surface of the earth by using the apparatus for recovering a feed dropped out. ŽSOLUTION : A conveyor 52 including a receiving gutter 50 and an endless conveying belt 51 for conveying a material to be conveyed at a lower turning side is mounted on the under side of a forming part 3. A blow up blower 56 is connected to the front end side in the conveying direction of the conveyor 52. Then, a release shoot 57 is connected to the discharge opening of the blow up blower and a deflector 58 having a discharge opening directed to the upper release port of a hopper is connected to the upper end of the release shoot rotatably around the shaft line of the release shoot 57 as an approximate rotation center.
