PURPOSE : A metal wire structure, an organic light emitting display device using the same, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to offer high light transmission of a cathode electrode and a low resistance value by adding material having high oxidizing power to the cathode electrode or a capping layer formed on the upper side of the cathode electrode.CONSTITUTION : A reflective film(12) is formed on a substrate(11). An anode electrode(13) is formed on the reflective film. An organic layer(14) is formed on the anode electrode. A cathode electrode(15) is formed on the organic layer. An organic capping layer(18) is formed on the cathode electrode. The organic capping layer comprises rare earth resource material in which oxidizing power is higher than organic material for capping and the cathode electrode.
