PURPOSE : A weatherometer for a solar cell panel is provided to uniformly cool a rare gas discharging lamp, thereby controlling the deviation of lighting efficiency caused by cooling ununiformity.CONSTITUTION : A weatherometer for a solar cell panel comprises rare gas discharging lamps(11), a ventilating unit, and a temperature controlling unit(55). The rare gas discharging lamps are arranged to be faced to a light projecting surface of a solar cell panel by being separated from the same and axes of the lamps are extended to be parallel. The ventilating unit a cooling air flow toward a light projecting surface of a solar cell panel through gaps of the discharging lamps adjacent to each other.
