PURPOSE : A biochar for treating heavy metal polluted water and a manufacturing method of the same are provided to efficiently use waste organic resources and to ensure the absorption capability of ionic materials to the biochar.CONSTITUTION : A manufacturing method of biochar includes the following : moisture is removed from waste organic resources at the room temperature; the naturally dried waste organic resources are pulverized and completely dried; an nitrogen injected anoxic electric furnace is filled with the completely dried product; the completely dried product is pyrolyzed; biochar is obtained and cooled to the room temperature; ash is removed from the cooled biochar by implementing washing processes with a diluted hydrochloric acid solution and distilled water; the washed product is re-dried at a drying oven; the biochar is washed with acetone and dried to remove wood oil from the re-dried biochar.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013 |
