简介 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a LiFePO4crystal-based lithium secondary battery positive electrode material high in an orientational property, and excelling in ion conductivity. SOLUTION : This precursor glass is manufactured by mixing, by mol%, 10-50% of Li2O, 10-40% of Fe2O3, 20-50% of P2O5, and 0.5-32% of at least one kind selected from MgO, TiO2, V2O5, MnO2, Co3O4, NiO, Nb2O5, MoO3, WO3and rare earth oxide, and by melting and cooling them; and this lithium secondary battery positive electrode material comprising NASICON type crystal, olivine type crystal, spinel type crystal and a solid solution of them is provided by heat-treating the precursor glass at a glass transition temperature or a temperature above it, or by heating it by laser irradiation.
