PURPOSE : A sintering intensifier using shells and ferro-nickel for producing sintered ores slag and a sintered ore manufacturing method using the sintering intensifier are provided to improve air permeability of a sintered layer and accelerate combination and crystallization in a sintering process by using rare earth elements, thereby reducing sintering time.CONSTITUTION : A sintering intensifier for producing sintered ores comprises 15-40 wt% of shells; 20-50 wt% of ferro-nickel slag; 5-30 wt% of dolomite, Magnesite or olivine; 5-20 wt% of wad; and 1-15 wt% of borax. A sintered ore manufacturing method using the sintering intensifier comprises the steps of : transferring blended ores along a sintering machine(20), sintering the blended ores with underside suction, and cooling the blended ores by contact with upper cold air.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013 |
