PURPOSE : A green phosphor with superior color purity, a light emitting device with excellent color reproducibility and color rendering, a display device, and an illumination device are provided to enhance color purity and to obtain high brightness.CONSTITUTION : A green phosphor includes M element, Al element, silicon, oxygen and nitrogen as parent components and one or more rare earth materials as dopant. Here, M indicates one or more elements selected from a group consisting of Mg, Ca, Sr and Ba, and the rare earth element is selected from a group consisting of Ce, Pr, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm and Yb. If the maximum intensity diffraction peak at the X-ray diffraction pattern is 100%, the relative intensity of 2Θ has the diffraction peak of greater than 20% in a range of 29.0-30.5 degrees and 31.0-31.5 degrees.[Reference numerals] (AA) Strength; (BB) Wave(nm)COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013 |
