PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a method and composition to obtain Unique Sequence DNA probes.
SOLUTION : The composition comprises of any double stranded DNA containing Unique Sequences from which the repetitive sequences are eliminated. Rare circulating cells are analyzed by combining phenotypic and genotypic multiparametic analysis of an individually isolated target cell. For the investigation of cells of interest, the cells identified after immunomagnetic selection and fluorescent labeling are preserved for cytogenetic analysis of the cells identified after immunomagnetic selection and fluorescent labeling.
