简介 PURPOSE : A magnetic nano-particle and a manufacturing method thereof having curie temperature within biocompatible temperature is provided to minimize side effects due to ferromagnetic characteristics and to be used for effective scanning and separation of biologics.CONSTITUTION : A magnetic nano-particle(10) having curie temperature within a temperature range of -80-41deg. Celsius comprises rare earth metal, divalent metal, and transition metal oxide The rare earth metal is lanthanum series metals. The divalent metal is alkaline earth metal or lead (Pb). The transition metal oxide is manganese oxide. The magnetic nano-particle comprises 0.5-1 molar fraction of the rare earth metal and 0.01-0.5 molar fraction of the divalent metal based on 1 molar fraction of the transition metal. A manufacturing method of the magnetic nano-particle comprises the following steps : forming the magnetic nano-particle by reducing a rare earth metal precursor, transition metal oxide precursor and the divalent metal precursor; and heat-treating the magnetic nano-particle.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
