PURPOSE : A manufacturing method of finishing material for built in using patterned wood grain is provided to obtain heat storage effects by using natural patterned timber as raw materials.
CONSTITUTION : A manufacturing method of finishing material for built in using patterned wood grain comprises the following steps : forming a patterned wood formed layer; and top coating a rear layer on the rear side of the patterned wood formed layer. The first step comprises the following steps : forming a first mixture by impregnating and mixing the base binder mixture with the natural patterned wood grain; forming a second mixture by mixing vermiculite powder, inorganic rare earth ore powder, zeolite powder, antibacterial agent powder and flame retardant; forming a third mixture by mixing an inorganic ceramic binder with the second mixture; and high temperature compressing the third mixture at a high temperature sublimation transcription molding compression frame and molding with the patterned wood grain.
