PURPOSE : A steam generator for a rice cake steamer is provided to steam ingredients inside the rice cake steamer using steam generated with the moisture after secondly heating.CONSTITUTION : A steam generator for a rice cake steamer comprises the following : a water storage unit(111) storing water for generating steam; a heating unit(112) boiling the water inside the water storage unit; an exhaust passage(113) with one end welded to a first exhaust passage coupling hole(111a) of the water storage unit, and the other end welded to a second exhaust passage coupling hole of the heating unit for exhausting gas generated from a gas burner(300); a main body including a re-heating unit(114); a precipitate filter(120) detachably installed on the outer upper side of the heating unit; a re-heating plate(130) mounted on a re-heat plate mounting unit on the exhaust passage for re-heating wet steam; a sensor installed on the water storage unit for detecting the water level; and water supplying and raining pipes(150, 160) connected to the water storage unit.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012 |
