PURPOSE : A producing method of bio-diesel from high acid-value bio-oil using an acid-base composite catalyst is provided to improve the selectivity and the reaction stability of the bio-diesel.
CONSTITUTION : A producing method of bio-diesel from high acid-value bio-oil using an acid-base composite catalyst comprises a step of reacting the high acid-value bio-oil and methanol using a composite catalyst to obtain the bio-diesel. The composite catalyst contains 5-50wt%% of solid acid catalyst, 5-50wt%% of solid base catalyst, and 10-50wt%% of alumina sol, silica sol, or their compound. The solid acid catalyst is selected from acidic zeolite, acidic clay, heteropoly acid, or acidic composite metal oxide. The solid base catalyst is selected from alkaline earth metal oxide, rare earth metal oxide, basic zeolite, or hydrotalcite.
