The device has a pressure relief valve (22) opening a bypass pipe (20) when pressure of fluid upstream of equipment e.g. fuel filter (10), is greater than a predetermined value. A sampling unit samples fraction of flow of fluid circulating in a high pressure portion of a fluid system. A re-injection unit re-injects the sampled fraction in the bypass pipe at proximity of the valve so as to remove dead zones around the valve. The sampling and re-injection units include a drain (36) whose end (38) is connected to the bypass pipe. |
