PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To obtain a waste disposal site in which when the site is constructed, it is possible to reduce an empty size in the site comparing with that of a past form, when the site of the same capacity is constructed, the amounts of construction materials of the treatment amount of earth and sand of excavation and backfill, concrete, a reinforcing bar or the like can be reduced comparing with that of a past form, and a site area is reduced.
SOLUTION : The going up and down equipment of a vehicle is provided after the skeleton of an underground storage structure is constructed as a communication passage from an earth surface part to the inside of the underground storage structure of the waste disposal site or the like, wherein a vehicle ingress or egress frame part 8 including a crane 7 is prepared at the earth surface part 6 being the outside of an outer peripheral side wall 1 by a reinforced concrete wall; a crane rail 9 is projection-erected from the vehicle ingress or egress frame part 8 to the inside of the outer peripheral side wall 1; a vehicle transport cage 11 is hung to the crane 7 to make the crane rail 9 to be able to move; a lift fixing guide 12 becoming a going up and down guide rail of the vehicle transport cage 11 is attached to the inside of the outer peripheral side wall 1 of the underground storage structure.
