PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide an analysis method by which a composition of a multicomponent ceramic such as an electrolyte may be rapidly and accurately analyzed.
SOLUTION : An evaluation method through composition analysis of a multicomponent ceramic comprises : a first step of preparing a sample of a material including small amounts of electrolytes of an alkali, an alkali earth metal, a transition metal and a rare earth element and a platinum metal of an electrode, and decomposing the sample with an acid into a solution; and a second step of simultaneously analyzing the respective multiple components of the electrolytes by an ICP plasma emission analysis method and evaluating a composition through quantitative analysis.
