PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a re-targeted toxin conjugate having a desired binding affinity to a desired target cell.
SOLUTION : There is disclosed a method for designing a non-cytotoxic toxin conjugate for inhibiting or reducing extracellular fusion in a target cell, wherein the method comprises : (A) a process of identifying an agonist to increase the extracellular fusion in the target cell; and (B) a process of preparing a targeting moiety (TM) of the agonist to be identifiable by the process (A), a non-cytotoxic protease or a fragment thereof, and a reagent containing a translocation domain.
