The present invention provides a motor where large rotation driving force can be obtained by reforming the structure of a rotor core (2), in the rotor of a motor which has the rotor core (2) where electromagnetic steel plates are stacked, a plurality of permanent magnets (3) which are made of rare earth arranged in the circumferential direction of this rotor core (2), and a synthetic resin part (5) which is molded integrally to bury the rotor core (2) and the permanent magnets (3). The invention is characterized in that in the rotor core (2), magnetic pole pieces (14) arranged to be convex on the side of the rotor from the permanent magnets (3) are all separated from a main body of the rotor core (2), whereby the leakage of the magnetic flux is suppressed to increase induced voltage. |
