PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a reliable touch panel sensor which has excellent endurance especially in the longitudinal direction such as against an indentation load and hardly exhibits increase in electrical resistance over time or a break in a wire.
SOLUTION : The touch panel sensor has a transparent conductive film, and wiring connected with the transparent conductive film. The wiring comprises a high melting point metal film, an Al alloy film, and a high melting point metal film, in order from the side of a substrate. Regarding the Al alloy film, which contains 0.05-1 atom% of rare-earth elements, the hardness is 2-3.5 GPa and the density of grain-boundary triple junctions which exist in the Al alloy organization is 2×108 per mm2 or greater.
