PURPOSE : An apparatus for manufacturing and feeding emulsion fuel oil and a method for manufacturing and feeding emulsion fuel oil using the same are provided to prevent oil and water separated fuel from being fed to a combustor.
CONSTITUTION : An apparatus for manufacturing and feeding emulsion fuel oil includes a fuel oil feeding tank(101), a water feeding tank(102), a plurality of mixing tanks(103, 104), a fuel oil feeding pipe(202), a water feeding pipe(203), a flux adjusting valves(115 to 118), a level adjustor, heaters(108, 109), an emulsion fuel oil feeding pipe, and a re-feeding unit. The mixing tanks receive fuel oil and water and manufacture emulsion fuel oil based on an ultrasound wave generator. The flux adjusting valves are installed at feeding pipes. The level adjustor is installed at the mixing tanks. The heaters are installed at the feeding pipes. The emulsion fuel oil feeding pipe feeds the emulsion fuel oil to a combustor. The re-feeding unit re-feeds remaining fuel to at least one of the mixing tanks.
