PURPOSE : A horizontal system for injecting water and collecting landfill has is provided to economically supply a moisture by operating a horizontal moisture and effluent supply combination drain and landfill gas collecting device at the same time or by turns and to maximize a dispersion effect of supplied moisture. CONSTITUTION : A horizontal system for injecting water and collecting landfill comprises : a horizontal moisture and effluent supply combination drain which is installed in a reclaimed land; a leachate floor perforated draining pipe(202); a horizontal moisture and the effluent re-pouring apparatus(200) which is connected with the leachate floor perforated draining pipe and supplies water of infiltration to the horizontal moisture and effluent supply combination drain; a landfill gas collecting device(300) which is installed at the end part of the horizontal moisture and effluent supply combination drain; and an intersection operation system(400) controlling the landfill gas collecting device and the horizontal moisture and effluent re-pouring apparatus. |
