SOLUTION : A sintered hexagonal cylinder body for which the chaff and the clay are sintered is provided, by attachment or impregnation, with ultrafine particle powder of a micron unit or a nano unit composed of the rare earth ores including porphyritic granodiorite, maifan stones and monazite, etc., for generating the radiation of the low dosage region or the negative ion electrons, and the structure of the sintered hexagonal cylinder body is capable of demonstrating silicon, hormesis or negative ion effects.
