PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To efficiently collect a precious metal and a rare metal from a used electronic apparatus by the simple structure of an electronic circuit device.
SOLUTION : The electronic circuit device includes a circuit board having a wiring pattern; and an electronic component 3 that is electrically connected to the wiring pattern of the circuit board to be mounted on the circuit board and includes a target material to be collected such as a precious metal and a rare metal. In addition, the electronic circuit device includes a material display pattern 5 that displays the presence or the absence of the target material to be collected in the electronic component 3, and the material display pattern 5 is formed by a phosphor material that emits light due to irradiation of an ultraviolet ray. The electronic circuit device is formed so that at least one of luminescent color and light emission pattern is unique according to the type of the target material to be collected.
