PURPOSE : A method for manufacturing high purity un-burned carbon and ash using separated and refined bottom ash is provided to improve the separation efficiency of un-burned carbon and ash when the bottom ash is separated and refined of bottom ash at a plant.
CONSTITUTION : A method for manufacturing high purity un-burned carbon and ash using separated and refined bottom ash includes the following : bottom ash is ground(S100); sodium silicate, a scavenger, and a foaming agent are added into the ground bottom ash, and un-burned carbon is floated and collected in order to separate un-burned carbon and ash(S200); the primarily un-burned carbon containing separated un-burned carbon is re-ground(S400); sodium silicate, a scavenger, and a foaming agent are added into the re-ground un-burned carbon, and the un-burned carbon and ash are separated(S500).
