PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a production method which allows for production of a rare earth anisotropic magnet with high production efficiency even when a mold having an opening of small size is used.SOLUTION : The production method of a rare earth anisotropic magnet includes a first step 0-t1 for filling a mold with raw powder containing a magnetic powder and pressing the raw powder in a magnetic field to produce a compact, a second step t1-t2 for demagnetizing the compact and the mold by applying a magnetic field thereto, and a third step t2-t3 for demagnetizing the mold by applying a magnetic field thereto after taking out the compact from the mold and reducing the residual magnetization of the mold.COPYRIGHT : (C)2012, JPO&INPIT |
