Vitrocerámico material drugged nanoestructurado transparency with three rare earth ions (Eu3+Yb3+-Er3+), preparation by the technical sun-gel, in which two nanocrystalline phases (Son2 and LaF3) dispersed in a matrix of SiO2 coexist simultaneously, being rare earth ions the incorporated in these nanocristales. Both nanocrystalline phases provide necessary the luminescent properties for the simultaneous conversion of infrared and ultraviolet energy to the visible rank, which allows to increase the efficiency of the photovoltaic solar cells. |
