PURPOSE : A manufacturing method of β-sialon phosphor is provided to secure excellent crystallinity of phosphors by controlling the concentration of oxygen, and to improve luminance of phosphors.CONSTITUTION : A manufacturing method of β-sialon phosphor in chemical formula 1 : Si_(6-z)Al_zO_yN_(8-z) : Re_x comprises : a step of manufacturing a first mixture by mixing silicon precursor, aluminum precursor and precursor of active material; a step of controlling the concentration of oxygen by oxidizing the first mixture; and a step of sintering the fist mixture under nitrogen atmosphere. In chemical formula 1, x, y and z is respectively 0.018 <= x <= 0.3, 0.3 <= y <= 0.75, 0.42 <= z <= 1.0, and Re is rare earth atom.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012 |
