A rare earth rubber vulcanization accelerator, preparation method and application thereof are provided. The accelerator is composed of rare earth ion and carboxyl substituted dithiocarbamate. The preparation method comprises the following steps : dissolving amino acid in water, dropping CS2, stirring for reaction, adding rare earth compound to obtain precipitate, then filtering, washing and drying. There is no need to add other vulcanization activator (such as stearic acid and zinc oxide) when the accelerator is used to vulcanize rubber and the prepared rubber composite has excellent integrated mechanical property. Furthermore, the accelerator is a primary amine compound, and is environmentally friendly without nitrite generated during the vulcanization. |
