PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a composite oxide having catalytic activity capable of combusting PM of the exhaust gas of a diesel engine at a low temperature without containing a noble metal element and heat resistance capable of withstanding the generation of heat at the time of combustion of PM.
