PURPOSE : Material for a solid oxide fuel cell is provided to improve the ternary interface in which positive electrode reaction with the specific surface of an ionic conductor is occurred, thereby maintaining low electric resistance even at low temperatures under 800°C.
CONSTITUTION : Material for a solid oxide fuel cell comprises lanthanum based metal oxide having perovskite type crystal structure, and ceria based metal oxide which comprises at least one selected from metal compounds of chemical formula 1 : (1-a-b)(Ce_(1-x)A_xO_(2-& amp; delta; )) + a(B_2O_5) + b(BO_3) and metal compounds of chemical formula 2 : Ce_(1-x-y)A_xB_yO_(2-& gamma; ).
