简介 PURPOSE : Fluorescent material is provided to have high quantum efficiency, strong luminous intensity, and good temperature properties lowly decreasing luminous intensity even in case of rising temperature. When excited to the light of the wavelength of 250-500 nm, the fluorescent material emits light having a peak in the wavelength range of 580-660 nm. In chemical formula (1), M is selected from family 1, family 2, family3, family 13 except Al, rare earth materials, family 14 except Si. EC is selected from Eu, Ce, Mn, Tb, Yb, Dy, Sm, Tm, Pr, Nd, Pm, Ho, Er, Cr, Sn, Cu, Zn, As, Ag, Cd, Sb, Au, Hg, Tl, Pb, Bi and Fe. x, a, b, c and d is respectively a number satisfying the condition of 0
