PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a phosphor which has been stabilized, and is expressed by the general formula : (La1-x-y, Lnx, Yy)2O2S, and a solar cell sealing agent which can be used for the long-term using including the phosphor, and to provide a solar cell module using the sealing agent.SOLUTION : The phosphor has a composition expressed by general formula : (La1-x-y, Lnx, Yy)2O2S (wherein x and y each denote the number which satisfies 0.02≤x≤0.30 and 0≤y<0.5, and Ln denotes at least one sort of a trivalent rare earth element chosen from the group consisting of Eu, Sm, Tb and Ce), and is characterized in that the ORP (oxidation-reduction potential) of the underwater suspension solution is a noble (+) potential.COPYRIGHT : (C)2012, JPO&INPIT |
