The present invention describes a process using waste glass resulting from PC monitors, televisions, refrigerators, microwaves, wine bottles and perfume bottles amongst others, which is milled to a grain size of from about 5 meshes to about 300 meshes, which may be used for the manufacture of a novel TRC mixture (ecological paste) with which a large amount of construction, decoration, and consumption products and byproducts may be manufactured. The invention is successful in the integration of up to 60% by weight of the TRC waste mixture in each product, thus being excellent for replacing carbonates, gravels, sands, amongst other materials, and avoiding the extraction of virgin raw materials from the earth. The values obtained from the compression resistance and the rupture module are above the minimum values accepted by the NMX-C-316-86ONNCCE, which turns the invention into an affordable and environmentally attractive process. |
