简介 A conductive paste for forming a solar cell electrode, which is characterized in that : at least a glass frit component (A) is contained as a glass frit (II); and the glass frit component (A) contains, as essential ingredients and in fractions relative to the total number of moles of the ingredients in terms of oxides, (a) 30-70% by mole of tellurium element, (b) 18-30% by mole of tungsten element, (c) 5-30% by mole of zinc element, (d) 1-15% by mole of boron element, (e) 0.3-5% by mole of aluminum element, (f) 0.3-7% by mole, in terms of oxides, of one or more elements selected from among rare earth elements, and (g) 0.1-7% by mole, in terms of oxides, of one or more elements selected from among tin element, lithium element and barium element. The present invention is able to provide a conductive paste for forming a solar cell electrode, which enables the achievement of good electrical characteristics with less variation even by firing at a relatively low temperature (for example, at 760°C).
