PURPOSE : A casting method is provided to secure the excellent surface force and the intensity of a casting material after using cheap Australian casting sand, and to reduce the manufacturing cost of the casting material. CONSTITUTION : A casting method for reducing the manufacturing cost comprises the following steps : using cheap Australian casting sand as casting sand and a coating material(323); using zircon sand mixed with facing sand with the high fire proofing rate, and a zircon coating material to form a molding frame(330); and spraying a zircon and magnesia coating material on the inner surface of the molding frame and a casting site, to improve the mobility and the surface tension of the casting material(321). The process of spraying the zircon and magnesia coating material enables an operator to remove a process of post-processing the surface of the casting material including a sanding. |
