In at least one of two discharge electrodes, an emitter material of oxides of at least one kind or more of rare earth elements in a concentration from 0.5 to 5.0vol% expressed in terms of the quantity of metal simple substances of the rare earth elements is contained in an electrode member using tungsten as a base material. |
