PURPOSE : A cuttlefish with carcinostatic substance and a method for producing the same are provided to improve the efficiency with respect to health by being immersed in a seasoning liquid containing the carcinostatic substance. CONSTITUTION : A cuttlefish is trimmed and washed(S10). The washed cuttlefish is immersed in a seasoning liquid in which carcinostatic substance is melted for 1 to 3minutes(S20). The carcinostatic substance is beta-glucan. The cuttlefish is dried.30 to 40% of moisture on the surface of the cuttlefish is dried(S30). 60 to 80% of vapor containing the carcinostatic substance is applied to the dried cuttlefish(S40). The cuttlefish is re-dried(S50). |
