PURPOSE : A half moon shaped rice cake kneader is provided to offer various colors to dough for producing half moon shaped rice cake using wormwood powder.
CONSTITUTION : A half moon shaped rice cake kneader comprises the following : a first mixer(50) mixing rice powder obtained from a first stage grinder(40) with an additive for offering the taste and the color, and discharging the obtained mixture through a discharging unit(51) on the lower side; a second mixer(60) re-mixing the rice mixture discharged from the first mixer; a second stage grinder(70) receiving the re-mixed rice powder mixture; and a kneading unit(80) for kneading the rice powder mixture.
