PURPOSE : A re-writable printer and a control method thereof are provided to rapidly perform the rerecording process of a rewritable card by simultaneously performing registration and elimination.CONSTITUTION : A re-writable printer comprises a data storage module(10), a thermal head(20), and a heat generation control part(30). The data eliminating and recording in the recordable rewritable card is saved in the data storage module. A plurality of heat generation elements corresponding to each pixel is arranged in the thermal head. The heat generation control part drives based on the data saved in the data storage module. The heat generation control part can simultaneously perform elimination and registration. The heat generation control part selectively controls each heat-generating temperature of multiple heat generation elements.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012 |
