PURPOSE : A synthetic wood plastic composite is provided to improve adhesive force between a synthetic resin and a wood dust by the adhesion of a carbon fiber and a silane coupling agent, thereby obtaining relative high bending load. CONSTITUTION : An environmentally-friendly synthetic wood plastic composite comprises : a step of mixing 50-70 weight% of a dried wood dust, 20-40 weight% of a thermosetting resin, 1-5 weight% of a resin based oil additive, 5-10 weight% of an additive, 1-5 weight% of a silane-coupling agent-coated carbon fiber, and 1-5 weight% of latex, at 100-300°C; a step of extrusion-molding the mixed paste; and a step of cooling the extrusion-molded composition. The resin based oil additive is obtained by pyrolyzing an oil resin mixture consisting of 50-90 weight% of oil and residue of a waste synthetic resin, under anoxic atmosphere or rare oxygen atmosphere, at 250-500 °C, for 10 minutes - 5 hours. |
