PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide dielectrics ceramics of superior reliability, which is obtained by baking in reducing atmosphere and in which aging of electrostatic capacity is small under DC voltage application, CR product is high and has small changes due to aging of insulation resistance under high temperature, and accelerated lifetime at high voltage is long, when a laminated ceramic capacitor is constituted by using the dielectric ceramics. SOLUTION : The dielectric ceramics has composition, containing main component shown by ABO3(A is Ba or the like, and B is Ti or the like) and additional component containing rare earth element. In the dielectric ceramics, when the mean concentration of the rare earth element at an analysis point A in the vicinity of a surface of a crystal particle 15 is set to CsAVE, concentration of the rare earth element at arbitrary analysis points B1-B13 in the crystal particle 15 is set to Ci(n)and concentration of the rare earth element at analysis points B5-B13 in the central part of the crystal particle 15 is set to Cc(n), the number of crystal particles satisfying the conditions Ci(n)/CsAVE≥1/50 and Cc(n)/CsAVECOPYRIGHT : (C)2004, JPO |
