简介 The present invention relates to a synthetic light-emitting converter for a polycrystalline silicon solar cell, and to a solar cell based thereon. The synthetic light-emitting converter is formed on an upper surface of the polycrystalline silicon solar cell and is connected to an electrode ribbon, and ethylene vinyl acetate sheets are formed on and under the combined solar cell and synthetic light-emitting converter, wherein a low-iron tempered glass that transmits light is disposed on an upper portion of the ethylene vinyl acetate sheet, and a back sheet made from a fluorine film or PET film is disposed and fixed onto a lower portion of the ethylene vinyl acetate sheet. Here, for forming the synthetic light-emitting converter, a polymer layer is formed on a surface of a polysilicon wafer provided with an electrode as a polymer binder containing light-emitting elements by adding two kinds of inorganic nanoelements or carbon nanotubes as active filling materials within the converter, wherein one of the two kinds of inorganic nanoelements is made of spherical light-emitting nanosilicon, and the other is made of nanoparticles of anti-stokes phosphors based on oxychalcogenides of rare earth elements activated by ions such as Yb, Er, and Ho, in order to be synthesized with nanotubes. In comparison with a solar cell in which the synthetic light-emitting converter is not included, electrical parameters such as an open circuit voltage, a short circuit current, and a charge rate are increased due to the synthetic light-emitting converter contacting the surface of the polycrystalline polysilicon wafer, thereby increasing the overall efficiency of the solar cell by 17% to 19%.
