PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To solve an issue in which, although sudden and large shaking of a vehicle, such as an airplane, may cause a cart that being moved for food service and merchandise sales to suddenly turn into a weapon against people, very few measures are taken regarding the cart for such instances and people are exposed to a rare, but great, danger.
SOLUTION : On an undersurface of the cart, a needle plate in which a plurality of needles are planted and integrated such that the needle points face a lateral direction is provided in a mechanism for piercing the needles at will into a loop carpet adhered to a floor surface. In the cart used in the vehicle, such as the airplane, the mechanism is instantaneously operated, manually or automatically, and the cart is fixed to the floor surface before shaking increases and becomes a threat, thereby preventing injury caused by shaking, such as turbulence.
