PURPOSE : A method for manufacturing volcanic ash soil ceramics and a garlic hydropoic method are provided to generate volcanic ash soil ceramics including moisture absorbent characteristic and radiating far infrared ray by mixing volcanic ash soil and clay and sintering the mixture.CONSTITUTION : A method for manufacturing volcanic ash soil ceramics includes the following : 10-70 weight%% of volcanic ash soil and 30-90 weight%% of clay are mixed to obtain volcanic ash soil body(S101). The volcanic ash soil body is molded and dried(S102, S103). The dried volcanic ash soil body is initially sintered at a temperature between 400 and 800 degrees Celsius(S104). The initially sintered volcanic ash soil body is coated with a glaze(S105). The coated volcanic ash soil body is re-sintered at a temperature more than or equal to 1120 degrees Celsius(S106). The volcanic ash soil ceramics are used for molding a nursery for a garlic hydropoic process.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012 |
