PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a resin composition capable of imparting a cured product, which can retain whiteness, heat resistance, moisture resistance and light resistance, uniform, exhibiting less yellowing, having a reflectance of 80% or higher in a wavelength range of 300 to 500 nm, especially 400 to 500 nm, low in deflection upon curing, and effective for molding a reflector for a light-emitting semiconductor device, and to provide a reflector for light-emitting semiconductor element using the resin, and a light-emitting semiconductor device using the reflector.
SOLUTION : There is disclosed a resin composition including 100 pts.mass of an organic resin and 50 to 1, 000 pts.mass of an inorganic filler, wherein 10 to 100 mass% of the inorganic filler is composed of an oxide of a rare earth element. There are also provided a reflector for light-emitting semiconductor device having a high light reflectance and low deterioration of luminance, and a light-emitting semiconductor device.
