PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a method for manufacturing a rare earth bond magnet that property exemplifies a magnetic anisotropic rare earth bond magnet because of good orientation and thermal demagnetizing factor decrease. SOLUTION : This rare earth bond magnet manufacturing method compresses a powder granular bond magnet compound prepared by blending rare earth magnetic powders and resin binders into a specific form and then heat-hardening a mold obtained as necessary. The characteristic of this method is that compounds including fine grains prepared by blending organic grains with an average diameter from 0.01 to 1 μm are used when rare earth magnet powders and resin binders are blended to prepare powder granular bond magnetic compounds or after that.
