PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a radiation image system preventing re-radiographing from being carried out when an image region required for a diagnosis is not included in a diagnostic image due to a failure of trimming processing.
SOLUTION : The radiation image system includes an imaging apparatus for radiographing a radiation image of a subject and outputting image data of the radiation image; an image processor for giving trimming processing to the image data of the radiation image and outputting the image data of the diagnostic image; and an image diagnostic apparatus for displaying a diagnostic image corresponding to the image data of the diagnostic image. When the image diagnostic apparatus outputs a resending request of the diagnostic image and re-trimming information that indicates the image region required for the diagnosis, the image processor gives re-trimming processing to the image data of the radiation image based on the re-trimming information, and outputs the image data of a re-diagnostic image corresponding to the resending request of the diagnostic image, and the image diagnostic apparatus displays the re-diagnostic image corresponding to the image data of the re-diagnostic image.
