PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To manufacture a tape-shaped rare-earth group oxide superconductor having excellent properties by using a composite substrate excellent in mechanical strength and orientation. SOLUTION : A hastelloy 1 having a heat resistance property and an anti-oxidant property and an Ni-W alloy 2 are bonded to each other and subjected to orientation heat treatment at a temperature of 900 to 1, 300°C to manufacture a composite substrate 3, on which a medium layer 4 formed of a Ce-Zr-O film and a medium layer 5 formed of a Ce-Gd-O film are formed in order. After that, an oxide superconductor layer 6 is formed on it to manufacture a tape-shaped rare-earth oxide superconductor 10. COPYRIGHT : (C)2007, JPO&INPIT |
