PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To obtain a ligating apparatus capable of freely performing the on-off operation of a clip in ligating operation of biotissue and capable of performing the re-gripping of the biotissue by simple operation.
SOLUTION : The ligating apparatus includes a clip 17 for ligating the biotissue by an arm part 15, the clip connection member 23 joined to a clip base end part 19, a clip holding member 27 permitting the insertion of the clip connection member 23, the operating wire 33 connected to the clip connection member 23, an inner sheath member 37 including the operating wire 33 to support the clip holding member 27, an outer sheath member 39 covering the outer periphery of the inner sheath member 37 to freely advance and retreat, a first movement control part 41 for controlling the movement of the clip holding member 27 to the inner sheath member 37 and a second movement control part 43. The outer sheath member 39 advances and retreats to alter the opening degree of the arm part 15 and the first movement control part 41 controls the movement of the clip holding member 27 to the inside while the second movement control part 43 controls the movement of the clip holding member 27 to the outside.
