PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide an antifouling-processed product equipped with an antifouling coating film excellent in scorch preventing effects, sustaining the scorch preventing effects over a long period, and easily removable of the attached scorch; and to provide a method for producing the same.
SOLUTION : This antifouling-processed product includes a metallic substrate and an antifouling coating film, where the metallic substrate comprises aluminum or zinc as a forming material; and the antifouling coating film comprises a first layer containing an alkali silicate and formed on the metallic substrate and a second layer containing at least one kind selected from a zirconium oxide, yttrium oxide, hafnium oxide and rare earth oxide, and formed on the first layer.
